Summary: I am proud to announce my second Earth 2 fan fiction short story, "Beauty Can Be Deceiving". This story takes place after my first story, "Mountain of Fear", which in turn, took place after "All About Eve". This story has a little romance in the beginning (and since I'm a Julia fan, it involves Alonzo and Julia), a funny little part near the middle (which also involves Alonzo and Julia), and dramatic danger filled part near the end (which involves, Uly, Julia, and Bess). Hopefully, the end will also leave you wanting to know "Now what's going to happen? Will it all work out in the end?" Those questions, and more, will eventually be answered in my third story (not yet written), which will take up where this story left off.

Summary: A continuation of 'The True Course of Love'. Soon after Danziger and Tara's adventure, problems start to grow. The atmospehere is very bad, and poor weather conditions cause Eden Advance to remain in the same (main) room. Alonzo decides to take Julia from them to same Terrian caves so she can give birth in more normal place. After arriving there they talk and get to know each other even better. They also dream with Valentine on the dreamplane. After some time they dream to the past, before the Ranoake ship crash landed on G889, an experinece neither of them would like to go through again. After Uly reports disturbances in the main camp, Devon and Danziger go to investigate. Soon after, one Terrian tells them that Julia has begun to give birth. Summary: A sequel to 'Kamikaze'. Tara is very lonely following the death of her husband Val. She resents Devon, believing her to be responsible for Val's death. Summary: Julia and Alonzo are on scouting trip and find some lodge with pictures of Devon. Soon a woman shows up and has them targeted. Believing Julia and Alonzo are Council operatives, she holds them at gunpoint. When she learns that they know Devon Adair, she reveals that she is Cynthia Adair, Devon's mother. Still not trusting Julia and Alonzo, Cynthia holds them both at gunpoint. They urge her to return with them to camp so see for herself that they are not Council, but rather members of Devon's group. Upon their return, Devon catches sight of the mother who she'd believed for so long to be dead. Feeling overwhelmed, Devon flees camp in the Dunerail. Meanwhile, having witnessed a kiss between Devon and John, True becomes convinced that her father no longer loves her and also runs off. Out on her own, True is overcome by illness and haunted by nightmares about a future where her father and Devon no longer want her. As Devon tries to find her own way back to camp, Terrians emerge and lead her to True. Devon cares for True, who's suffering from a fever. Devon reassures her that she could never replace True in John's life. Devon waits for True to recover before returning to camp. Meanwhile Eden Advance are out searching for the pair. When Devon returns to camp, Cynthia leaves the group, believing it is what Devon wants. Devon and Julia follow her and ask her to join them on their trek to New Pacifica. More info...
